World Selection invests in a wide range of asset classes (equities, bonds, property, commodities, alternative and cash) which can help in reducing the risk you have to take to grow your money.
World Selection portfolios
HSBC World Selection is a series of three investment portfolios that aim to make the most of your money's growth and/or income potential.
There are three risk levels to choose from: Cautious, Balanced and Dynamic.
World Selection - Cautious
- This portfolio mix consists of the highest proportion of bond funds and the lowest proportion of equity funds
- For investors seeking income with a secondary emphasis on capital growth
- Investors in this portfolio will have a moderate time horizon and low risk tolerance
World Selection - Balanced
- This portfolio mix consists of a mid-range concentration of bond and equity funds
- For investors seeking relatively stable returns with a secondary emphasis on income
- Investors in this portfolio will have a moderate time horizon and moderate risk tolerance
World Selection - Dynamic
- This portfolio mix consists of the highest concentration of equity funds and the lowest concentration of bond funds
- For investors seeking strong capital growth with little emphasis on income
- Investors in this portfolio will have a longer time horizon and relatively high tolerance for risk
